Fracht Group Australia holds Australian Trusted Trader (ATT) status
Fracht Australia was awarded full accreditation status at Australian Trusted Trader (ATT) by the Department of Immigration and Border Protection in December 2017.
Australian Trusted Trader is a voluntary trade facilitation initiative.
It recognises businesses with a secure supply chain and compliant trade practices, rewarding accredited businesses with a range of trade facilitation benefits.
Australian Trusted Trader is an Authorised Economic Operator (AEO) programme. AEOs work to secure the international supply chain, while facilitating the movement of legitimate trade.
Amongst other benefits such as a dedicated account manager, and priority trade services, Trusted Traders have access to differentiated examinations in countries where Australia has signed a Mutual Recognition Arrangement (MRA).
We have established MRAs between the Australian Government and some of our key trading partners including:
- New Zealand Customs Service
- Republic of Korea Customs Service
- Canada Border Services Agency
- Hong Kong Customs and Excise Department
MRAs provide Australian Trusted Trader exporters with faster access to international markets through reciprocal arrangements with our MRA partner countries. Recognition of the ATT logo in these countries builds confidence in Australian businesses and the security of their international supply chain.
MRAs are currently being pursued with a number of other key trading partners including Singapore, Thailand and China.

The Fracht Australia Group of Companies (which include Consolidated Freight Australia and Bowen's) is committed to taking all reasonable steps to protect the health and safety of all staff and to achieve a safe and healthy work environment.
We will set measurable Work, Health and Safety objectives and targets, and we will continue to improve our Work, Health and Safety System with a view to eliminate work-related injuries and illness.
We operate a Work, Health and Safety System that is fully compliant with the requirements of ISO 45001 - Occupational Health and Safety Management System standard.
The Fracht Australia Group of Companies is aware of all relevant Work, Health and Safety legislation in all States it operates. We are committed to provide adequate resources to ensure legislations and other relevant requirements are met.
Our Work, Health and Safety System is documented, relevant procedures and instructions are implemented, adequate resources are provided to maintain the system, and all employees are informed and made aware of duties and responsibilities in relation to keeping a safe and healthy work environment.

We will set measurable Environmental Sustainability objectives and targets, and we will continue to improve our Environmental Sustainability system with a view to reducing and preventing pollution and continually improving our system.
We operate an Environmental Management System that is fully compliant with the requirements of ISO 14001:2015 standard.
The Fracht Australia Group of Companies is aware of all relevant Environmental legislations and regulations in all States it operates. We are committed to providing adequate resources to ensure these legislations, regulations and other relevant requirements are met. Environmental impacts such as law breaches, waste, recycling, changes to the climate, and possible inclement weather events to the Fracht Australia Group of Companies and its interested parties has been assessed as a low foreseeable risk.
Our Environmental system is documented, relevant procedures and instructions are implemented, adequate resources are provided to maintain the system, and all employees are informed and made aware of duties and responsibilities in relation to keeping a pollution-free work environment.

Cm3 is a web based OHS/WHS prequalification system, developed so that companies can demonstrate their health and safety capabilities to current and potential clients.
Our Cm3 prequalification consisted of us providing Cm3 with information to ensure we have the right insurances as well as a comprehensive assessment of our safety systems. This assessment was completed by experienced specialists from Greencap - one of Australia's leaders in health and safety risk management.
We are required to update this prequalification annually.
